How it all began…
…and why we are still going strong.
Every great business starts with an idea and ours came with a cup of tea, a flipchart, and a slightly overambitious to-do list back in 2015.
We believed then (and still do now) that work communities should be places where people can actually thrive. From the start, our mission was simple: help leaders tune in to what’s really going on in their teams, and give them the tools, confidence, and know-how to do something about it.
Fast forward to today, and not much has changed (except we are 10 years older and even more passionate about what we do). We’re proud of the long-term relationships we’ve built with our clients, staying in touch, checking in, and genuinely cheering them on as they sustain the work we’ve started together.
It’s no surprise that many of our clients come back for more. Whether it’s a fresh challenge, a new team dynamic, or just needing a trusted pair of hands (or a whole team of Delvers), we’re always ready to roll up our sleeves and dive in.
