Our approach
We conducted a Learning Needs Analysis with a large sample of people from within the partner organisations exploring organisational context, what good looks like, and the capabilities people need to enable them to work effectively now and in the future.
The result
Themes around shared purpose, existing strengths and development gaps emerged, and we were able to provide a gap analysis report with recommendations for next steps to move organisational culture to the next level.
