Our approach
We used our inclusive framework in the Delve Talent Tool to identify those employees in Nurture, Flourish and Grow. The talent maps guided on how to develop each talent category to maximise potential and establish succession plans.
The result
Our approach resulted in retained talent and more informed decisions about training budgets. Leaders who experienced the talent conversations reported higher levels of engagement and felt more valued and invested in.
