The challenge
Leaders within the NHS often work in silos and do not have the opportunity to work in a collaborative way. This is more so with clinical and corporate leaders who would benefit from working on team and organisational challenges together.
Our approach
We designed and delivered over 5 cohorts of our Collaborative Leadership Programme (CLP), bringing clinical and corporate leaders together to problem solve, work on improvements and implement real change.
The result
The CLP became a sought after development programme and evaluated extrememly positively. With leaders reporting that the programme gave them the confidence to be a collaborative leader, increasing self-awareness, new perspectives and tools that are helpful in the real world. With their improvement ideas also implemented, the organisation saw a return on their investment.
