System leadership is crucial for addressing complex problems around some of most pressing issues, like healthcare or social inequality which are often complex and require a coordinated approach across multiple organisations and sectors.

Our system leadership programme helped people to move beyond siloed thinking and encouraged collaboration to tackle these challenges effectively.

Our aim was to improving outcomes by fostering collaboration and alignment, leading to better coordination of services, and better outcomes for individuals and communities. 

The result

We saw an increase in all system level behaviours we used to measure before and after the programme with an highest positive increase of 12% in leading. Many people built strong and long lasting relationships with people from different organisations that created opportunities for new ways of working.
