Curious about how it all works? Here’s what you need to know about getting started, what’s involved, and how we support you throughout the process.

There are 4 half day workshops delivered in person or virtually that typically run over 8–12 weeks. It includes a mix of workshops, coaching, and practical application. Delegates will be expected to work on a people project while attending the programme and undertake diagnostic activities.
