There are 4 half day workshops delivered in person or virtually that typically run over 8–12 weeks. It includes a mix of workshops, coaching, and practical application. Delegates will be expected to work on a people project while attending the programme and undertake diagnostic activities.
We work with HR teams, people leaders, and senior managers—anyone involved in shaping culture, strategy, or organisational performance.
