The delvers
Our team of Delvers take a unique approach to providing fresh thinking and insight into helping your organisation to thrive.
Our history
Every business starts with an idea. Our idea came to us in 2015 when we found that many of our clients had the same goal; they wanted a highly engaged workforce that was backed by a talent infrastructure that supported high performance on a business-wide scale.
Our clients wanted to do away with outdated and uninspiring ‘tick-box’ talent processes and impersonal employee conversations. What they wanted was an engaged workforce, by allowing leaders and managers to have proper, meaningful conversations with their team members and focusing on talent growth.
We heard our clients loud and clear and, after lots of planning and even more coffee-fuelled nights, we created a range of tools and development programmes that enable organisations and leaders to take an inclusive approach to talent and develop their teams in a meaningful way.

Chris
Chris is an experienced OD Practitioner, with over 20 years’ experience of internal and external consulting, coaching and facilitation in public and private sector contexts.
Chris’ career has spanned a number of disciplines: HR business partnership; learning and development; employee relations; management of business change programmes; and front line operational leadership.
Working with people in one-to-one and group situations in a variety of organisational contexts and development scenarios has increased Chris’ awareness of, and curiosity around, the organisational ‘system’.
Chris’ greatest passion is for working collaboratively, which for Chris is about ‘working with’ people rather than ‘doing unto’ in a high support, high challenge and high trust environment, using his knowledge, skills and experience to enable sustainable change and to positively impact the people, teams, organisations and communities he works with.
Chris approaches his work holding a mind-set that the best solutions to enable positive shift are most likely to come from the individuals and teams he is working with. Chris’ approach in his coaching and facilitation is typically non-directive and experiential, creating time and space for people to notice what’s happening in the moment, to increase their awareness of what they are in, to generate options for things to be different and to take responsibility for making them so.
Making a difference is a core value for Chris, so he will work with the client in ‘beginning with the end in mind’ to agree at the outset what will constitute a great outcome for any intervention.
